Junior Hip

The Junior Hip is a different kind of swing, gently developing the muscles of the back, hips and abdomen, as well as improving the cardiovascular functions.

Exercise 1
Place both feet in the pedal and swing back and forth.

Exercise 2
Place one foot in the pedal and swing back and forth. Change to the other foot.

Exercise 3
Place both feet in the pedal, bend your knees and swing back and forth.

Exercise 4
Place both feet in the pedal, swing back and forth as you stand on one foot at the time and lower down by bending your knee. Change to the other leg.
