The Junior Chest station is a shoulder press using the kid’s own weight as resistance. Just the right amount of resistance for safe and effective training of the shoulders, triceps and chest.
Hold the handles at the bottom and press forward.
Advanced level: Hold a handle with one hand only, and press forward.
Advanced level: Hold the handles as high up as possible, and press forward.
Includes training your abdomen: Hold the handles at the bottom, raise your knees and press forward.
