Junior Bar

The Junior Bar improves the strength of
the upper body in a variety of ways, e.g. by doing dips or ground level pull ups.

Exercise 1
Dips: Raise and lower yourself by the arms.

Exercise 2
Raise yourself up in the arms, and raise your knees toward your chin.

Exercise 3
Row: With your back to the ground, pull yourself up by the arms and lower again.
