NW101 Chest


The Chest is a seated chest press, using your own body weight as resistance in the training. This station improves the strength of your chest,front of shoulders and triceps

Exercise 1

Hold the handles at the bottom and press forward.


Exercise 2
Includes training your abdomen: Hold the handles at the bottom, raise your knees and press forward.


Exercise 3
Advanced level: Hold the handles as high up as possible, and press forward.


Exercise 4
Advanced level: Hold a handle with one hand only, and press forward.
